Feedback from the cheap seats!
I used to hold a keynote on stage and only saw the faces looking at me critically – with small eyes and forehead frowned. And I even did not do in consciously. It just happended. In addition I took every feedback very personally and felt hurt.
Then I participated in a dare-to-lead training developed by Brene Brown) and learned something very important for female leaders who are standing in the arena every day
👉 There is a difference between feedeback from people who have been there before and feedback from people being in a „cheap seat“.
